1. Fundamentals of Coaching

  • Format: Virtual or in-person

  • Duration: 2 training days

  • Best for: Teachers and support staff looking for an introduction to coaching.

    Ideal for groups from the same setting when booked as an INSET training course.

  • Focus:

    • Practical coaching skills and concepts

  • Extras:

    • No virtual seminars after the course

  • Cost: £495pp (excl. VAT) for our virtual training, open courses. INSET packages also available to deliver to a school, in-person

2. ILM Level 5

  • Format: Virtual

  • Duration: 4 training days

  • Best for: Middle and Senior Leaders coaching within their own setting

  • Focus:

    • Practical coaching

    • Development of coaching techniques

    • Advanced theoretical principles

  • Extras:

    • 3 virtual seminars after the course

  • Cost: £1,450 (excl. VAT)

3. ILM Level 7 (Executive Coaching Qualification)

  • Best for: Senior Leaders, Headteachers, Executive Heads, CEOs, Consultants, and Governors—anyone leading a coaching culture

Face to face courses are delivered across 4 days (Level 5) or 5 days (Level 7), spread over a period of approximately 3 months.  These days are in person, held at the same venue.  After the face to face days are completed, there are 3 x online seminars (plus 1 x supervision session for Level 7).

Online courses are delivered across 4 days (Level 5) or 5 days (Level 7), spread over a period of approximately 3 months.  These days are delivered online via Zoom.  After the tuition days are completed, there are 3 x online seminars (plus 1 x supervision session for Level 7).

We choose premium venues such as hotels, golf clubs, private members clubs, independent schools and conference facilities

  • There is the option to add 3 x sessions of virtual coaching.  This is designed to give you a high-quality experience of coaching, running alongside your qualification studies

  • Face to face days are typically from 09:30 - 17:00, with regular breaks.

    Online courses are 10:00 - 17:00, with regular breaks

  • A laptop or tablet computer will be required in order to follow course materials on the days. Note taking is vital in coaching, so pens and a notepad will be needed

  • All course materials are digital and made available from the first day of your course

  • For face to face delivery days, morning and afternoon refreshments as well as lunch, are provided
